Prof. Emad is a professor of governance practices, He has extensively conferred cutting-edge educational, teaching, research and advisory activities and consultations to a wide range of academic institutes and technical industries over his 30-year healthcare career. During the last 15 years, he focused on governance in different spheres of medical domains; assisted governance systems, structures and boards performance. He had BSc Pharm, Master of Business Administration; A.U.C., Pharm Doctor; Saskatchewan; Canada, Diploma in International-Economics; Cambridge, and PhD in Industrial Management and quality planning; Aston University. Currently he works as a Visiting Professor and thesis advisor at diverse academic institutions on governance and health-economics; he is a faculty member of Cambridge Worldwide Academy, president of Value Institution for postgraduate Education, Scientific Board member at the National Training Institute of MOH, and a member of Governance and Social Accountability Task Force of MOH of Egypt. He is also the CEO of Egyptian Healthcare Society, a member of Development Committee at The National Organization of Drug Control and Research (NODCAR) and a reviewer of Wiley Journal of Health Services Research. Plus, he worked for more than nineteen years as part-time consultant at WHO-EMRO and Chairman of I.A.C. Health Maintenance Organization.
